Simone Biles
A gymnast Simone Biles captured her 20th World Championship gold medal, as Team USA won its seventh consecutive title in Antwerp Belgium on October 4. With 33 gold medals, she is among the top-ranked women in the history of gymnastics. This includes the Olympics. Biles did an extremely challenging vault three days prior to the event, which no woman had done before on the stage of competition internationally. The vault, initially referred to as the Yurchenko Double Pike vault has become known as the Biles II. In the final of her all-around competition, which will take place on the 6th October, the record-breaking gymnast will take part in her first ever international meet in 2021. Simone was born in Columbus Ohio in 1997 was removed from the house of her mother due to her addiction. She and her siblings were placed into foster care. His maternal grandfather Air Force veteran Ron and his wife who retired as a nurse Nellie came in to take care of the kids officially adopting Simone aged 6 along with her baby sister Adria. Simone and her older siblings were taken in by their maternal aunt.
