Simone Biles
A gymnast Simone Biles captured her 20th World Championship gold medal, as Team USA won its seventh consecutive title in Antwerp Belgium on October 4. With 33 gold medals, she is among the top-ranked women in the history of gymnastics. This includes the Olympics. Biles did an extremely challenging vault three days prior to the event, which no woman had done before on the stage of competition internationally.
